Birthdays, team dinners, launches, a dinner that takes over the whole room, with the kitchen cooking in front of your guests. [CUISINE] is one room with no wall between the stoves and the tables, which makes it an unusual place to host: your guests watch the whole brigade work the pass, and nothing is hidden.

Three ways to host

A long table

For groups of 8 or more in the dining room, with a set menu or the menu as it is that evening. The simplest option for a birthday or a team dinner.

The private room

A separate room for a more intimate group, with its own service and a menu agreed in advance. Ask us for the current capacity and availability.

The whole restaurant

A full buyout: the room, the counter and the open kitchen are yours for the evening. Set menu, canapés or a chef-led sequence at the pass, with music or an After Shift DJ if you like.

How it works

Write to us with the date, the number of guests and the occasion. Email, LINE or a call all work.
We come back within a day with a proposal: format, menu, price per guest and any minimum spend.
A deposit confirms the date. For groups of 8 or more it is 500 baht per guest, fully deducted from the final bill.

Good to know

Minimum spend of 1,000++ baht per guest, before 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
Group deposits are refundable up to one week before the date, and one reschedule is allowed for the same number of guests or more.
Corkage is 700 baht a bottle, or buy one, open one.
The open kitchen means we cannot host guests under 12.
Dietary needs are welcome; tell us when you book and the menu adapts.
