Three weeks ago five plates were still being tested at [CUISINE] in Silom. What happened to each: two joined the menu, one became a flatbread, two came off.

When the last plates leave the pass, the kitchen turns into the booth.
Live DJ sets, a few bites, drinks until late.
Past Sessions
Complimentary valet parking is available at street level.
We are on the 3rd floor of No. 3 Saladaeng Road, Silom, a short walk from BTS Sala Daeng and MRT Silom. Look for the [CUISINE] sign at street level.
Tables are allocated for a maximum of 2 hours per sitting. If you would like to stay longer, we recommend booking from 8pm onwards. We will do our best to accommodate, however this cannot be guaranteed.
When the restaurant is fully booked, some reservations may automatically be allocated to our counter dining area. We always try to accommodate specific seating requests as much as possible. If you require a table, please let us know and we will try our best.
For bookings of 8 guests or more, a deposit of 500 THB per person is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit secures the number of seats reserved and is fully deductible from your final bill. Cancellations are free of charge up to one week before your reservation, and one reschedule is permitted. A rescheduled booking must be for the same number of guests or more; should the party size be reduced, the deposit will not be applied to the new booking. Cancellations within one week, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing beachwear, flip flops, or swim shorts.
Corkage fee is set at 700 THB per bottle, or buy one open one.
We kindly ask for a minimum spend of 1,000++ THB per guest, prior to service charge and VAT. Should your bill come to less than this, the difference will simply be added to the final bill.
Due to the nature of our restaurant and open kitchen environment, we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
Dining with us is an intimate experience, and the comfort of every guest is at the heart of what we do. To help us preserve that atmosphere, we kindly ask all guests to keep the following in mind.
Each table is set aside especially for you. We kindly ask that guests refrain from moving between tables or taking seats other than their own, so that every party may enjoy their evening undisturbed.
We completely understand the wish to capture a beautiful moment, and you are warmly welcome to take photos at your own table. We kindly ask, however, that guests refrain from walking around the dining room to take pictures, and from using flash during evening service, out of respect for the privacy and comfort of those dining around you.
Our restrooms are individual, single-occupancy facilities. To ensure they remain available to all guests throughout the evening, we kindly ask that they be used by one person at a time.
Should you need anything at all, our team is always close by and delighted to help. Please don't hesitate to catch the eye of any member of staff.
