How it works
After Shift happens on selected Fridays. Dinner service runs as usual from 5:30pm; from 9pm the DJ takes over at the pass, the set runs to midnight or later, and the kitchen keeps a short list of bites going. Book a dinner table for the evening and stay on, or come later for the set. The date and the DJ are announced on Instagram @cuisine.bkk a week or two ahead.
